    Count me among those that only eat poached eggs out because they appear to difficult to prepare at home. Thanks for posting this as it doesn’t seem that difficult. Perhaps I’ll get the nerve to try it at home one day.

      I promise you, they aren’t hard at all! Follow these directions step by step and you’ll have eggs in no time!

    I used to be turned off by eggs- now I am obsessed with egg salad. But I can’t wait to try them poached!

    I miss poached eggs and need to make more soon! I love adding the dash of vinegar – I think it gives the egg a nice kicky flavor too.

    I do it the lazy way…I have a microwave egg poacher that does 2 at a time in about 30 seconds. If I just want one, I put the egg in a coffee mug and microwave for about 30 seconds. LOVE poached eggs! Only way to eat them!
