YAY it’s so close now! I had a friend run a marathon this past weekend and my biggest piece of advice is to try to pace yourself and not burn up all your energy too fast. My friend was trying to qualify for Boston, so that led to her pushing it too hard, but she crashed around mile 22 and felt awful. So pace yourself, believe in your training and trust your body when you’re running. It’s usually pretty good about telling you when you need to slow down a bit. Best of luck!!

Yay, your goal is within reach! I am sure that you are so excited to become a marathoner. I am a newbie runner and I hope to be a marathoner one day. Keep up the great work with fueling your body. Just keep giving your body the nutrients it needs and get some rest!
