I actually enjoy New York’s winter, heh 🙂 My favorite warm beverage is definitely coffee, but tea is addicting too.

My favorite hot beverage is probably tea or hot chocolate. But you can’t go wrong with a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks. 🙂

A pumpkin spice latte is going to be one of my post marathon rewards! Oh, and maybe a hot chocolate too!

I’m a huge fan of peppermint hot chocolate in the winter! Delicious and gets me into the holiday spirit!

    Great breakfast!

I wanted to ask you – did you take a blog break between June of 2009 and February of 2010 – I was looking at your archives and not sure if I was missing something .

Yes, I was overwhelmed with wedding planning (Nov 09) and therefore took a break from June until a random day in February when I realized how much I missed it. My first day back in February I had 3 readers.

Do you mind sharing where you do yoga? I’d love to get into it but don’t really know where to go in the city. If you have a recommendation, that’d be awesome!

I practice yoga at Equinox on Tuesdays and Thursdays! You should join sometime. We can each introduce each other to new classes. 🙂

Ashley, I keep trying to add whey protein to my oatmeal and the tecture is awful! What am I doing wrong? Do you do it after you cook it? I use the same brand of whey as you. (I want to try your pumpkin oatmeal — great idea!)

Really? I mix all ingredients, mix with a fork furiously (or use the tiny immersion blender) and then microwave. If you cook it enough it is more like baked oatmeal. 🙂
